Gentle Hatha Classes

Our Gentle Hatha Classes are perfect for students who want a good overall stretch and a calming experience that quiets the mind and body. Recommended for beginners and students looking for a more restorative practice.

Foundation Flow: All-Level

This is a Slow Flow Therapeutic class that aligns/balances hips, low back, neck and shoulders creating strength, flexibility and deeper connection to the breath. This is a great cross-training class for athletes and will leave all students feeling invigorated and centered.

Viniyoga: Breath & Movement

This therapeutic practice synchronizes breath with intelligent sequencing of poses to safely enhance healing, flexibility and strength through flowing movement. Its goal is to invigorate and heal at the deepest levels while respecting each student’s specific goals.

Foundation Flow: Intermediate

Focusing on core stability this Slow Flow Therapeutic class aligns/balances hips, low back, neck and shoulders increasing strength, flexibility and vibrant connection to the breath. This is a great cross-training class for athletes that will leave all students feeling strong, centered and deeply awake.

Slow Flow

This moderately-paced Flow Class encourages students to practice at their own level using creative modifications when needed and building new levels of strength when desired. Students will leave feeling energized, focused and balanced.

Sunrise Slow Flow

This 1 hour Flow Class is slowed down to encourage students to practice at their own level using creative modifications when needed and building new levels of strength when desired. This class will leave you energized, focused and ready to start your day!

Mat Pilates

Pilates mat is a challenging and safe method to sculpt your body and balance strength with flexibility. The focus is on creating ideal posture and alignment by challenging the deepest layer of core muscles which stabilize and support the spine and pelvis.
