Classes at Foundation Yoga are designed to help students achieve their wellness goals. Whether you are looking to increase flexibility or strength, internal peace or healing; our teachers are meticulously trained and deeply passionate about helping you get the most from your yoga practice.


We offer a variety of levels and styles to suit most students, so whether you are new to yoga, or an advanced practitioner, you can choose from gentle and restorative classes designed to stretch, calm, and center you; yoga flow and pilates classes designed to strengthen, energize, and balance you; or Foundation Flow and Viniyoga classes designed to heal and realign you.

Gentle Hatha Classes

Our Gentle Hatha Classes are perfect for students who want a good overall stretch and a calming experience that quiets the mind and body. Recommended for beginners and students looking for a more restorative practice.

Revive & Renew

Focusing on core stability this Gentle Therapeutic class balances hips, low back, neck and shoulders while increasing strength, flexibility and vibrant connection to the breath. This is a great class for all level students that will leave you feeling strong, centered and deeply awake.

Foundation Flow
All levels

This is a Slow Flow Therapeutic class that aligns/balances hips, low back, neck and shoulders creating strength, flexibility and deeper connection to the breath. This is a great cross-training class for athletes and will leave all students feeling invigorated and centered.

Foundation Flow
Intermediate

Focusing on core stability this Slow Flow Therapeutic class aligns/balances hips, low back, neck and shoulders increasing strength, flexibility and vibrant connection to the breath. This is a great cross-training class for athletes that will leave all students feeling strong, centered and deeply awake.

Slow Flow

This moderately-paced Flow Class encourages students to practice at their own level using creative modifications when needed and building new levels of strength when desired. Students will leave feeling energized, focused and balanced.

Pilates Mat (Stay Tuned!)

Pilates mat is a challenging and safe method to sculpt your body and balance strength with flexibility. The focus is on creating ideal posture and alignment by challenging the deepest layer of core muscles which stabilize and support the spine and pelvis.

What to Bring

Please bring a water bottle and your yoga mat. If you don't have a mat, we can provide you with one. Just be sure to request one when you arrive.
