Meet Your Teachers

"I am amazed at my physical improvement after a few months of practicing yoga under the expert instruction of the Foundation Yoga team. It has significantly improved the aches and stiffness in my hips, back, shoulders, feet and neck.  My energy, flexibility and core strength are so much better. Foundation Yoga has delivered results that have far exceeded my expectations. I only wish I had found them years ago!"

Mollie

Teacher

“Yoga is my first love,” confides Mollie who has been teaching yoga for more than two decades. “After 10 years of personal practice, I just knew I had to teach.”

Her commitment to providing students with individual attention has earned her a dedicated following. “Yoga is so personal,” she affirms. “Eachposture is an outline that we fill in with our particular needs and abilities. As a teacher, you can never lose sight of the fact that not every pose is right for every person. Helping a student interpret and modify a posture and then see how they’ve benefitted from that process is enormously rewarding.”

Sheryl

“Yoga is so much more than physical poses, it’s about you, the WHOLE you!”

Sheryl’s extensive training in psychology and physiology allow her to create a warm and welcoming space so All-Level Yoga students feel safe, supported, aligned and happy!

Her classes are flowing, progressively moving deeper to help students become more aware of their breath, their posture, movement and emotions…leading to a stronger Mind/Body connection.
